Revealed during the gamescom: Opening Night Live presentation in the Need for Speed Heat Gameplay Overview Trailer, NFS Heat Studio will feature a vast suite of options for players to get stuck into - including a wrap editor, video and image capture tools, challenges, and even an AR experience.
With NFS Heat Studio, you’ll be able to customize cars just like you would in the game - swapping out new body parts and even designing your own livery. Once the game launches in November, you’ll be able to import cars you’ve design on the app straight into the game!
You’ll also be to drop your creations into the real world using the app’s AR car experience, which won’t be available at the launch of NFS Heat Studio but will be available shortly after.
Each week leading up to the release of Need for Speed Heat, free car packs will be added to NFS Heat Studio each adding a new selection of cars up to launch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated each week with all the new cars dropping, with a full car list by the end.
You’ll also unlock new special cars each week the more you play, with this weeks special car being the Polestar 1.
Need for Speed Heat launches on November 8th 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, or three days earlier for Origin Access Premiere subscribers. If you’ve missed any of our previous Need for Speed Heat coverage, be sure to find more from our dedicated Need for Speed Heat section in the Games tab!
